Several boards and authorities have asked the government to release financial aids for sports. The government does not seem to be easing the restrictions on the presence of fans due to the rise in cases of Coronavirus spread in the region. Investigation Undergoes After Neymar’s Claims of Having Received Racist Remarks
Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar Jr slapped and accused Marseille defender Alvaro Gonzalez of passing racist remarks during a Ligue 1 match played on 14th September 2020. An enquiry has been set up on Alvaro Gonzalez to investigate the charges of passing racist remarks. Despite the several cases of racist abuse in the league in recent years, the French Football Federation does not seem to be accepting the claims made by players allegedly being passed racist remarks and calling racism non-existent in football.
