Publish news,messages and press releases

The operation of the portal is easy.
In principle, only registered users can add news and announcements.
To register, they must enter a user name, your email address and the security code.
Then you receive an email confirming their registration.
This email contains a link that they have to confirm, otherwise your user name was not released.
After unlocking you can publish posts, articles and messages.
Each message can contain up to 6000 characters. If they enter more characters,
then the post will automatically be truncated to 6000 characters.
Each contribution is then entered another picture.
The maximum size should be 200 x 200px and 100Kb.
The mandatory fields for each contribution is the title and the post.
All other fields may or may not be completed.
The user can enter his name, his address and his website.
These details are optional.
Each article will be reviewed before publication by the administrator and then unlocked.
